Dear parents we want you to know that we got to Prairie Home and there was thunder and lightning. We had to bring all of our kiddos back home. We will go swimming this afternoon if it stops raining and the weather is clear. If not we will have a popcorn movie day this afternoon for the kids instead. Thanks so much and please don't hesitate to call if you have questions. Safety, as always, is our highest priority.

This is a reminder that the summer school students will be taking a train ride tomorrow. They will load the train in Sedalia at 10:29 AM and ride the train to Jefferson City. They will arrive at 11:49 AM. The students will then go to the park in California to eat lunch and then return to the school by 2:30 for pick up. The students will not need any money for this trip. We apologize but we have no room on the bus for parents to ride. Any parents who wish to do so must purchase a ticket for train 318 online. You must have your own transportation to Sedalia, and someone to pick you up from Jefferson City if you wish to attend. Thank you and we hope this is an experience your students will never forget.
